Moody Blues fans?
I'm watching them perform at Red Rock near Vegas right now...

They sound great for men near their 70s.

1. LOVE 'em!
Wish they'd do an 'unplugged' album.

Get the electronica out from backing songs like "Candle of Life," and go simple.

4. Yes. Just less electronically-generated strings, etc. And I'd love
to attend a concert at Red Rocks.

What a great experience for you. I'm insanely jealous.

But those boyz were actually very good singers.

3. Kinda sorta.
Half a dozen or so fine, fine albums. An equal amount of lesser works. I have a couple, wish I had a couple more. Decent band, one of those bands where everyone should have something by the Moodies (Days of Future Passed at least is a must-own).

I adore For My Lady. Terrific song.

5. They were one of my favorites, ages ago.
Saw them in concert in the early 80s. They were old by then, but I still loved them. They were with Blue Oyster Cult--I think it was called the Blue Tour, or something like that. Both were great bands, cowbell and all.

6. They are great! BUT...
I detest that poetry of theirs.

7. They're really great.
I saw them here back in the early '90s. It was one of the best shows ever.

12. I have to tell you why I HATE the Moody Blues!
When I was a college freshman, the ONLY band that my roommate listened to was the Moody Blues!! Every freakin' day, day in and day out, week after week...

If I hear "Ride My Seesaw" one more friggin' time, I'm going postal!
