And I've always thought that would be a terrific way to have a vacation. If you were to drive across the U.S., what would you listent to?

6. I love his music, but wouldn't recommend it for driving.
When I was in college, I was driving from Baltimore to St. Louis with my roommates, and put my much-loved "Hergest Ridge" cassette in the car's deck. Fifteen minutes later, everyone in the car, including myself, was fast asleep. At 60mph. Fortunately, we were in rural Indiana, so the car just kept on going down the endless straight road until I woke up.

2. Actually you don't know the whole story.
Willie was tied up in the back seat begging to be released.

3. Are you sure he didn't drive across country to avoid listening to Willie Nelson?
