2. The Deschanels and Katy Perry
Yeah, I know Katy's a singer, but she has a lot of presence--I bet she'd do well acting.

7. Although my guess is that Zooey might be able to actually write a decent song.
Just sayin'.

5. Jayma Mays and Anna Faris
I am always getting them confused. They have the same general look about them and similarly cute and quirky personalities. Each was in a movie-spoof movie ("Epic Movie", "Scary Movie") and each played the love interest in a comedy about a mall security guard ("Paul Blart: Mall Cop", "Observe and Report"). They appeared in the same movie once, "Smiley Face", so I'm reasonably sure they aren't the same person.

They did appear together (though not as brothers) in an episode of ST:TNG).

9. I remember that episode! Quinn played
an admiral or commodore that had been Riker's commanding officer when they were testing a cloaking device that was illegal per treaty with the Romulans!

Yeah, I've seen all of the STNG episodes, most of them numerous times.
