Cats Are NOT Maintenance Free Pets |
|
My two cats are jealous of each other. They drive me nuts! I can't do for one without doing for the other right away. There's also the feeding and the cleaning up after them. Not only that, but if you tell people that you actually interact with cats, people think you're nuts. And then at times I think people are right. You're not supposed to interact with cats. After all, they're just animals, and by definition they're not people-smart.
Then again, maybe not. Each of my cats has a look they shoot at me from time to time. It's as if they're thinking I'll never catch on because I'm just not bright enough. Do other people go through head games with their cats?

1. Cats know we're not that bright. |

Once you accept that, it's much easier to get through the day. :D

do know how to do it. They know how to be cats. So it won't do to second guess them. Just love and accept them. dc

He is a bob cat. His name is bob. He lives in the woods. He catches his own food, builds his own den. In all ways he is independant.
Come to think of it, hes more a family member than a pet. The cool, feline family member who lives in a different state and never calls kinda family member.
