Holloway/Flores/VanDerSloot Case - Question |
|
Yeah yeah yeah, I know, we good progressives should be worrying constantly about the oil spill and nothing else...so bad me for bringing this up...
But - do you think Stefany Flores found pictures of Natalee Holloway on his laptop?
I can't think of anything else that would trigger VanDerSloot to kill her
Of course, he is (probably) a homicidal maniac...

1. That's what VanDerSloot says. |
|
And frankly, I can't imagine he'd come up with that lame of an excuse for killing someone unless it was true. I don't know about homicidal maniac, but he's definitely a sociopath. So nice to see a waste of oxygen like him get what's coming to him.

2. No. I believe he robbed Flores, and his primary interest in her was the money she'd won |
|
playing poker in the casino. He met Natalie Holloway in a casino, too, though not in a gambling context. I believe he robbed her, too: teen girl, probably tipsy, with whatever was left of her cash at the end of her class trip in Aruba in her purse.
I believe the whole "she found my connection to the Holloway case on my laptop while I was out getting coffee for us" story is bullsit. I believe Flores was dead before he ever left the room to "get coffee." He needed to be seen by security cameras bringing two cups of coffee to the room.

4. Hmmm so it could be he was simply a muderous thief |
|
But he came from a wealthy family - granted lately he's been hard on his luck...

But you can bet before this is over that Van Der Sloot will have told the story at least sixty different ways!
What a piece of work! And it's time for him to be put away for good!

11. Could be just a coincidence |
|
Although who knows?
One thing is for certain: VanDerSloot has a pretty good handle on the dissemination of misinformation

but I have this nightmare scenario that drifts through my head when I'm bored at work reading about it that he's possibly a serial killer and that him family knew and daddy's been covering-up for him for a while...and that we're going to find out that there are more dead women.
I hope there are not more dead women. As it is, I'm having a hard time raising much sympathy or concern over what's going to happen to a guy like him in a Peruvian prison...and that bothers me a little bit.
Edit: Damned typos that pass spiel cheek. hO well, I guess that mean thyme four bed.

The more we know about what makes them tick, the more we can avoid such circumstances

13. Maybe she refused to have sex with him... |
|
Or he raped her, didn't use a condom and then killed her, and disposed of her body to destroy the evidence.
His past history shows me he was a rich punk with a sense of entitlement. He was used to getting what he wants, and when he doesn't, he takes it.
Remember, he was not 18 when Holloway vanished.
