...while I was still doing defense work.

-wrong place/ wrong time

-no one else on that side of road

-victim was already ugly before assault

-drive better when drunk

-just holding it for "some dude"

-exercising 2nd Amend. rights

-assumed no one was home

-actually only grand borrowing auto
