I'm a lightweight...can't handle the blood and gore and horror.

But that is Jodie Foster all over. Not the blood and gore, just the character.

Besides the author is gay and so is Jodie.

9. Her take on Jack the Ripper
is inconclusive... in spite of what she thinks.

7. Isn't Cornwell a Republican?
I read some of the books back in the 90s, but got turned off when I heard she was a Republican.

10. She's extremely conservative
and probably a Republican. But she is a pretty good philanthropist. Supports arts and gave a lot of money to the forensic school.
