3. Firefox and Flash have had a "Problem" getting along for a while...
Edited on Wed Jul-07-10 01:29 AM by PJPhreak
It works MUCH better if you use The Download Helper Add on and download things like Youtube.

This proplem is quirky...Flash runs well on computers that have more RAM,Mine has a Gig of RAM and at times Flash is a PITA,Firefox freezing and crashing,Yet on my S.O.'s computer with 4 Gigs of RAM it seems to run fine.

Edit to add: is Windows a "Must" for you? I use Linux Mint 7 32 bit (Umbuntu),as a Ex Windows user,My 'Puter Sings...

There ain't no bugs in Me,There ain't no bugs in Me,There may be some in some of you Mugs,But there ain't no bugs in Me!!

4. I will check into that plug in, I have 2gig memory, so doubt that is the problem.
Edited on Wed Jul-07-10 01:55 AM by RandomThoughts
Below 2gig level when it occurs.

Although I will check out the plug in thing.

I would go to Linux except lately I really don't do much on the computer, and don't worry much about Microsoft issues.

I like the idea of Linux, I have had a Linux box before, but not since I did programming.

6. I have 2 gig and Firefox freezes on me when it first "wakes up"
Takes about 5 min to have coffee and fight with Flash. Then it works fine.
