Anybody here remember the little plastic ratfinks from the 60's.
I had a lot of them, don't know what happened to them.

I seem to remember buying them from gumball machines.

They came in different colors and I think male and female, child ratfinks.

3. I used to have some of those
damned if I know what happened to them.

I think there was even a RatFink song. Dunno who did the original, but the Misfits version kicked ass.

5. Yeah, it was Car Culture- an offshoot of Ed "Big Daddy" Roth
he was the designer/ artist. Famous for his outlandish customs of the day. The Car customizers were looked upon as artists then, they were all somewhat Bohemian in a time ( late 50's-early 60's) of oppressive conformity.

Wearing Rat Fink on a T shirt horrified parents and was somewhat subversive. Von Dutch was among them, he was known for his custom paintwork like pin stripes , and also for his motorcycles. He lived near me in an old bus on about three acres in what is today downtown Calabasas. His art sells for hundreds of thousands of dollars, several select pieces over a million.

A few of Roth's Cars:
