3. Saw some of these pics in the Washington Post
They were so great!! The rescue group Nowzad Dogs is doing animal welfare work in Afghanistan and Iraq, and helped with getting these 2 kittehs back to the States, as I understand it.

Seeing the results of work like this is so heartwarming. :)
