3. I will always love him.
He played Count Vronsky opposite Claire Bloom in a BBC television production of Anna Karenina in 1961, a year before he made his Bond debut.
Such yummy perfect casting. (Bloom not so much, in my fantasy life I picture him opposite either Vivien Leigh or Greta Garbo, depending on my mood.)

AND I saw him once at a little restaurant in London. He bolted down two dozen raw oysters and left. Honest.
This always adds interest to my fantasy life.
