Halloween is over, so I expect the Country to go into full Christmas explosion by dinner tonight |
Already saw christmas displays in Sears last week, so now that Halloween is over, I expect everyone and their dog to have christmas displays up by the time I get home from work today.
Radio stations should be 24/7 Christmas songs before the week is over.

4. I love Halloween but I've grown to loathe Xmas. |
I wish I could relocate to some non-Xmas place for two months.

5. A number of the stores in my area (central Maryland) |
have had Christmas decorations out for several weeks now. We need to get a new tree this year and have actually been glad that the season started earlier than usual because it's allowing us to determine exactly what style we want. As a matter of fact, my husband said last night that he planned to vote tomorrow and then go down to Homestead Gardens, a very nice nursery, garden shop and gift store near us, to get me a Christmas ornament in the shape of a turnip.(Long boring story omitted here).
