Windkiss Shelties
Hi,

This post is mainly directed to Lizziegrace. I noticed an old posting where you mentioned that your sister had bred shelties in TN under the kennel name Windkiss. I own a male sheltie, Taz, who was sired by a dog that your sister owned. His name was Teddy aka Mill Creek's Teddy Bear.

I have been looking for your sister's contact information for quite a few years. Please contact me.

3. Wow!
Thanks to the Vegan one for sending me a message.

Windkiss was a kennel owned by a friend of my sister's. Adam, the dog she showed and I kept here in the retirement home, was a dog from that kennel. His registered name was Windkiss In The Beginning.

The name Taz is familiar. Is he a blue merle or a sable Sheltie?

Here's a photo of the late Adam. He died about 8 years ago of respiratory failure. He was 13 when we lost him.

This is great! Please PM your email address and name and I'll forward it to my sister. She lives in England now and has two border collies as pets.

I think you're looking for the woman who owned the kennel where Adam was bred, but my sister can fill you in.

Welcome to DU!!!

4. Shelties
Taz is a Sable Dog. Your Adam was very very nice. Do you have his pedigree? I still cannot send PM's on the forum, so if you will email me at tsparker21@hotmail.com, I would very much appreciate it. I am anxious to speak with your sister. The lady I am looking for is Cheryl Gentry, or her last name was Gentry at the time.

Thank you so much for replying to my post!

6. Cheryl was my sister's friend
She had the kennel. I'll get in touch with my sister and see if she knows how to find Cheryl.

Aren't those dogs great? Terrific line and temperament. :-)

He was sweet, funny and my daughter's best friend.

8. I do daily. She was born on the 4th of July - one year older to the day than our rabbit.
