Along with cold toes. (To be precise, I mean cold to the touch...not merely feeling cold.) Work some cardio into your day, a little goes a long way. Taking the stairs and walking the 6 blocks to work from the bus stop rather than taking another bus took 8" off my waist this year...and all I was actually trying to do was not have a coronary on the wrong side of 40.
