Off to a good start for 2011.

It was a strange holiday season without my parents.

I did plant a cedar tree next to my Mother's pecan tree, her grave marker.

I do so wish I could have had one more holiday season with my Father but that wasn't to be.

Hope everyone had a good holiday season.

I am still at the farm until Sunday, playing cowgirl.

I do hope 2011 is better then 2010.

1. You know, I had a dream about my dear, departed dad Christmas week.
It was nice to seem him again.

I know how you feel...

2. I have been having dreams about him at least once a week.
Don't know what it really means but he is healthy and well in the dreams.

3. That's how I dreamt about my dad, also.
Maybe that's why it was so nice to see him...at his happiest.

It makes you wonder if sometimes it takes awhile for our psyche to come to terms with things in our lives.

4. My Dad died on November 18, my birthday was the 19th of November.
He didn't make it until Thanksgiving.

Just wishing I could have seen him before he died.

My Aunt was there so he didn't died alone.

It is good to see him healthy in the dreams.
