Take it easy (I know it's pretty lame to say "take it easy", but when you've had hernia surgery, it's vital to keep it topmost in your mind. Twist the wrong way or get up too fast and uncounted thousands of nerve endings will all let you know, and you'll feel like you're going to fall over and wet yourself at the same time).
