3. Living in Connecticut like I do
I like the word cool. Not like last year when it was well above normal in both March and April. Also not frigid cold either. I could live with cool.

9. Active Severe Weather.
I could have figured as much. A week ago we had snow, then on Sunday severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, and flooding. Now we're back to flooding. We'll get all our rain from March to May and then be bone dry afterward.
