Fascinatingly cute video - Two twin babies holding an in-depth conversation
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JmA2ClUvUY&feature=player_embedded

wonder what they're saying??

"The exploration of racial issues in America and Modern society have never been represented better than in Dora the Explorer."
"I know! I just can't understand why mom and dad refer to it as 'that kid show.' Oh, have you tried the strained carrots yet? I LOVE them!"

3. I'm waiting for someone to do a remix, and translate it for us grownups.
The funniest thing are those socks - the one boy's missing one, and the other boy's are mismatched. For some reason that cracks me up.

4. looks like the boy with the mismatched socks is wearing the other boy's missing sock
I saw a video with subtitles, but it wasn't that good. I'm sure a translated video will be out by the end of the week, lol.

They really do seem to be understanding each other, though.

13. I understood the one on the right at times, with the help of his body language.
He was telling his brother about his missing sock. And, judging from his laughter, he wasn't buying his brother's lame explanation about the sock-eating creature.

14. I saw that this morning
it was just too stinkin' cute. My dd's babysitter has twin boys around the same age - they are just so cute at that age.
Saw some language development expert on tv that said, "they're not really saying anything - they really are just babbling" LOL, maybe but they sure SEEM to understand each other!

15. If you listen closely, they are repeating the same rhythm over and over
and each time ending the pattern on a question tone. One babbles and seems to be asking a question, the other seems to be answering, and the body language of arms and head shaking is repeated each time.

18. They are acting out "Green Eggs and Ham"
Seriously. Read this as you watch them. You'll see. Betcha their mom reads them this book and they've memorized it.

Do you like
green eggs and ham

I do not like them,
Sam-I-am.
I do not like
green eggs and ham.

Would you like them
Here or there?

I would not like them
here or there.
I would not like them
anywhere.
I do not like
green eggs and ham.
I do not like them,
Sam-I-am

Would you like them
in a house?
Would you like them
with a mouse?

I do not like them
in a house.
I do not like them
with a mouse.
I do not like them
here or there.
I do not like them
anywhere.
I do not like green eggs and ham.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.

Would you eat them
in a box?
Would you eat them
with a fox?

Not in a box.
Not with a fox.
Not in a house.
Not with a mouse.
I would not eat them here or there.
I would not eat them anywhere.
I would not eat green eggs and ham.
I do not like them, Sam-I-am.

Would you? Could you?
in a car?
Eat them! Eat them!
Here they are.

I woould not ,
could not,
in a car

You may like them.
You will see.
You may like them
in a tree?
d not in a tree.
I would not, could not in a tree.
Not in a car! You let me be.
