This is so wrong, talk about price gouging

Ford has begun to deliver the 2012 Boss 302 Leguna Seca Edition Mustang to their dealers. Mac Haik Ford in Houston, TX recently took delivery of a Ingot Silver Boss 302 Laguna Seca and promptly put the car on eBay with a “Buy It Now” price of $108,499. The MSRP on the car is $47,990. I'm all for the free enterprise system and all but this is so damn wrong. I can't see why Ford doesn't step in and put a stop to this. Any hope that people in my income bracket might buy one are out the window.

I don't fault Ford for this. Someone bought one and is trying to do the automotive version of ticket scalping.

the dealer still owns the car. They took delivery on a car with an MSRP of $48,000 and put it up on Ebay with even offering for sale to the general public. I am also hearing that other dealers are asking $90,000 for theirs.

10. Ford sells the car to the dealer

and dealers who move a lot of product get the cars cheaper than those who don't. Don't buy it, that is if you were ever really seriously thinking of buying this car! :) :bounce:
