I saw/heard something awful today
I stopped by the vets office and an emergency had just been brought in - a small old dog that had fallen off a second floor balcony. I left and returned later for what I needed. I asked about the dog from earlier in the day and learned that it had to have a leg amputated.

I can still see that poor dog and hear it crying in agony.

1. Oh, how terrible!
Poor puppy.

Almost the same thing happened to my cousin; she was visiting her daughter and her little dog fell off the loft hallway on the second floor, between the spindles of the railing. Her dog died. :(

2. oh nooo
the agony.. I wouldn't handle being there for that well at all.

I'm glad it had someone to take it to the vet.
