Anyone see the movie "The American" with George Clooney?

We watched it last night. What did you think of it?

1. Awesome

I enjoyed it alot. The first five minutes was a shocker though...

2. It had a European film feel to it

Not so much dialog, lots of mood, no shining delineation between good and bad. I liked it, hubs not so much. Hubs usually has better taste that I do.

4. I was expecting a lot more.

Almost nothing happened. No explanation why he was a target. How did he know the woman he was making the gun for was going to shoot him? Why would he hang out with a prostitute? Beautiful cinematography though.
