Does anyone know if my 401k will affect my unemployment insurance?

2. Nope, don't worry about it. Your 401K is safe.

But you will still have to pay taxes on your unemployment insurance. If you can, to avoid paying at the end of the year, have the taxes deducted from your unemployment check.
