My doctor wants me to start seeing his wife. |
|
He has accepted a position with a local hospital and is giving up his private practice which he shares with her. She is also a GP. She's about 25 years my junior and a total knockout. I'm more than a little apprehensive about having a female physician doing to me what a doctor has to do to a guy my age.
I know that she is a well respected professional, but I'd kinda feel sorry for her during my annual physicals.

You have to remember that she signed up for this. She certainly knows what such an exam will entail.
If you want to make her feel better before your next exam, shape up!

3. Before she signed up, she should've been given a photo of me in the "position". |

2. One of the things I did NOT like about leaving Pennsylvaniawas my doctor. |
|
. . . . She was just SMOKIN'!!! And wore these lace-edged black lingerie-like tops under her lab coats. . . . I was able to keep it professional, though... even with that level of aesthetic appreciation. . . . Even during my annual (did I spell that right) physical... though I got the distinct impression that SHE was uncomfortable with it. . . . . . . . . . . Thanking her profusely probably didn't help. . . . . . . . . . . j/k. . . . . . . . . PHEW!!!! That's a one-key-away typo from j/o. . . .

5. Gee, welcome to the club |

It's what we women have had to put up with most of our life. You'll get used to it. Maybe.

6. I'm sure she has seen worse over the years |
|
I mean, doctors have seen it all.
My urologist is an attractive & personable Korean woman that is probably around 30 (so, 14 years my junior). I don't have a problem going to see her.

7. My Doctor Is A Lady GaGa Fan. Has Pictures of Her On His Wall |
|
So, when he gives me a prostate exam. He tells me to lie on my side and "face the GaGa".

9. My lady doctor plays soft music and has candles and wine before my physical... |
|
Then the stupid alarm clock goes off and it's ruined. Ruined I tells ya.

11. i don't care what any body says -- i like older and not very attractive doctors. |
|
the whole notion that some one i would be attracted to -- would 'examine' me is disturbing.
as a rule -- i don't have any medical fetishes.

14. I just found out my Doctor is married to a comedian... |
|
and in his stand-up he sure has a potty mouth..not complaining, though, just makes me realize that under her staid and professional exterior there probably is a young woman with a fabulous sense of humor.

And small hands are a bonus.
Besides which, having a younger doc means you're not going to have to find a new one that quickly.
The only issue will probably be when she checks your blood pressure. I get "white coat" bp readings all the time.
