what good is e-filing your taxes if you still have to snail mail in a hard copy of your return?

you can still import information from this year's return into next year's return. So that's helpful.

You don't have to go and track down tax forms, that's helpful.

You can spend more money every year for software instead of tracking down actual forms, so that's not helpful.

I empathize, I had to snail mail my state return as well.
