Just finished watching Law Abiding Citizen. *spoilers possible* |
|
:wtf: was that ending about? What kind of idiot writer wrote that ending?! A man that detail oriented didn't notice any of that!? That is just infuriating! Pull the fucking trigger on the insane tragedy ending that it deserved and not the feel good bullshit where Jamie Foxx doesn't get his ass blown up! Infuriating! This movie was bordering on EXCELLENT, BEST STORY EVER. Then the ending made it the worst movie I have seen in a decade. WTF?! Although, I do have to say, I could watch Gerard Butler do just about anything. Loving him! Duckie

1. Even "P.S., I Love You" and "The Bounty Hunter"? |
|
Those two were PAINFUL to sit through. I just finished "RockNRolla" and am convinced he needs to stick with the testosterone-y roles. Bring on "Coriolanus"!

2. The Bounty Hunter looks horrible, but more because of Jennifer Aniston than him. |
|
I have never heard PS I Love You. Apparently he played the Phantom of the Opera? He's fairly versatile. He's just not that great at picking roles.

3. "Dear Frankie" and "Mrs. Brown" were good movies. |
|
"The Bounty Hunter" was nothing but a showcase for Jennifer Aniston's body -- I don't think it broke double digits on rottentomatoes it was so bad. Butler did play the phantom, but I didn't care for his voice (the guy who played Raoul, Patrick Wilson, had a beautiful voice).
Yeah, for someone who sort of fell into acting, he's doing quite well!

end up getting invested in a movie and it just gets worse and worse. It's been said I million times but, "I want my two hours back!"

5. I loved the movie. Right up until the ending. Which ruined it. |
