Calling out Mrs CP.. or at least her camera..

I was at Ralph's today, and spotted a palmtree where some of the local parrots have at least one nest, and possibly several other. My camera can't get a good close up, so I was wondering if you could meet me a half hour or so before dusk some time this week. I'll point out the nesting hollow and see if you can get a few good pictures of our local squawkers.

I think they are Mitred parakeets, but their faces have a lot of red which would indicate the smaller Red faced Parakeets. Good pictures would help distinguish which type live locally. It's also possible the flocks could be a mix of both Mitred and Red Faced Parakeets.
