Works especially well with mormons. Did you know The Smithsonian actually issued a statement/request that the mormons stop sending them The Book Of Mormon as another history of the earth. TBOM is so full of inaccuracies, but the poor brain-washed mormons have major cognitive dissociation concerning it. In my old neighborhood, they avoided my house like I was satan, I think I may have actually helped one kid finally break away from that cult.

And if you know anything about the mormon temple ceremony, they don the apron, the symbol of Lucifer's power and priesthoods. That poor kid, I spoke right over his companion's head, acknowledging that he would be shunned, that his girlfriend would leave him, but at least he would not be living a lie for the rest of his life. I also told another about Joe Smith and his philandering. Joe sent another man off on a mission so he could sleep with his wife. This kid had no idea.

They also don't want you reading the Bible... they don't want you doing any religious interpreting (that's why it took so long to finally permit the bible translated from Latin and why it took so ridiculously long to stop doing Mass in Latin). They don't want you doing ANY thinking about anything for yourself (that's what priests are for) in particular about your own religion. Exactly what I hated the most about the Catholic religion throughout history right up to the present.

Incidentally, I was raised as a Catholic and know all about how they want you to question nothing and basically refrain from any thinking about anything.
