10. Looks like a classic!
These days you have to send the topic to Mythbusters and then they invent some overblown method of delivering the organic-matter seed-carrier, and we find out in the end that throwing a tomato really can take down a small aircraft just like a minuscule bird-strike! :P

For a bigger splash. Much like water balloons.

Back in my farming days in the Negev desert, we always had tomato fights. Sometimes, dogfights on tractors.

specifically the residents of the town of Bunol. There, tomatoes are thrown willy-nilly annually, sort of like the running of the bulls in Pamplona, only with tomatoes.
