Which is a product of not running consistently since I graduated from high school and I smoke.
I use to run 5 K races every week. I completed a marathon when I was 19.
Now I get winded walking up a flight of stairs and I can barely handle doing 20 push ups in a row.

3. In January, when I started my workout routine... |

I couldn't make a half a mile running. I was so out of shape it was embarrassing. But I stuck to it and now I run 4 to 5 times a week, at four miles each time. I could run/jog for six miles, but then I'd be running all day and I don't have that kind of time.

Not terribly fast. But not bad.
I don't think I could run one in under 30 minutes now. And I'd probably vomit and(or) pass out.

I tried running, but I get too burnt out too quickly. I don't go for a time limit. I just go for distance. The average time it takes for me is about 30-35 minutes for four miles, but like I said, I don't run nor do I regularly time myself. There's too much anxiety tied in doing that. So all I do is keep my heart rate where it's supposed to be and that's enough for me.
