Is it a traditional food for your ancestors? Whatever got into her? My mom bought beef tongue once, I was a vegetarian at an early age and an organ you could actually recognize was more upsetting to me than a cut of meat. So when I quickly decided to leave the kitchen abandoning the dishes, my mother thought to try to lick me upside the face with it. I was out the door so fast.
