Vibe request for my boss' little girl
.
.
.
I've been fortunate enough to have had pretty good bosses/supervisors
over my lifetime (a coupla exceptions). My current boss may be the best
in my life -- she's been an exceptional human being and championed my
case at work.
.
.
Her daughter (I believe 9 years old) had some pretty severe scoliosis in
her back and has undergone TWO surgeries in the past week or so. The
first was fairly simple, but the second was more involved and much harder
on her. She's in a fair amount of pain still (though my boss says that
"she... has been a superstar").
.
.
Whatever vibes you can spare towards her recovery and comfort (as well
as that of her mom and dad) would be greatly appreciated.
.
.
Thank you.
.
.
.

2. My dear MiddleFingerMom...
Of course.

As someone who has benefited greatly from Lounge vibes, I am more than happy to provide her with many healing and pain-free vibes...

May her back soon be entirely well, and supple, and pain-free...forever!

You're very welcome...

3. poor little girl. My mom has bad scoliosis, too (from polio as a child)
and I understand the pain. I hope her daughter feels better soon, and that the surgery is very successful.

Hi, MFM :hi:

7. Consider vibes sent and pass along the word...
All that electronic gear that is humming is only because I not taught them the words for sending vibes to!

12. Vibes-A-Plenty
Surgery and kids is a terrible mix. Yes, healing is important, but a kid shouldn't have to go through the physical and emotional pain and trauma to be healed. They should have the freedom to just be kids.

By sheer coincidence, a former boss of mine...also one of my best, a friend to this day...has his 22 year old son going into surgery this week to have a tumor, diagnosed as thyroid cancer, removed.

Looks like it's going to be a busy week for vibes.

14. Poor Baby. If it's any consolation, there's excellent outcome generally.
Don't know her story but hope this is one of those cases where she looks back someday and remembers, from a place of comfort and mobility.

Vibes beaming. (We should have a vibes smilie).

15. Back surgery of any kind is killer. I am so sorry for her but sounds like she has a great dad
and even better, she is surrounded by a large periphery of folks like you MFM, who truly care.

She'll get through this - its tough but hopefully she'll get a good result and will look back on this time as just a bad dream. Kids are so resilient.

Thanks for posting though and definitely sending some good vibes your (her) way.

16. Best hopes and good wishes for her health and recovery.
Back problems are not good, especially for someone so young, I hope she recovers quickly and in good health.

24. Healing vibes to her, calming vibes to her parents
I just looked at a video and a journal done by scoliosis surgery patients and their families to chronicle the experience... reassuring that though it was difficult for a short time, it was worth it.
