1. Have a fried tomato sandwich. Make it like a grilled cheese sandwich only with mayo, salt & pepper,

and sliced tomatoes inside. Yummy!!!

3. Make a huge salad with greens, tomatoes, avocado slices and douse it with fresh lemon juice.
