I often wondered how some plants were seen this time of the year, how the lore
about them made us think about certain things when we see them, (everyone know the Red Rose symbolizes love and passion). Then I came across this list from The Old Farmers Almanac. Admittedly, I don't know what some of these are, but I've heard of them. So if anyone gives you a sprig of Honeysuckle, (Bonds of love) or a Daisey, (Innocence, hope). One can see the underlying thought.
