they would be days like this. My downstairs toilet overflowed overnight. Plumber can't come till late this evening. No water in the house. A stray kitty I took in is giving birth under my bed. Help!!!!

Go buy a gallon of water and more kitty food. Toilets overflowing are the worst! :hug: So sorry. You know, most toilets can be shut off at the base, I am not sure why you don't have water in the rest of the house. I can be pretty dense though.

Best wishes, I've had the toilet thing happen before. Unfortunately the house with the 2 kids home was in Maryland, and I was in London. They didn't even call a plumber. It was nasty, after 2 weeks.
Oh, and thank you for taking in the kitty! Let us know how that turns out. Pics please! :)
