I went to the pharmacy and asked if there are any over-the-counter drugs for anxiety.... it didn't help that the girl chuckled as I asked...... I was like, "MY PAIN IS FUNNY TO YOU!" I said, then security came....no that last part is bullshit. Okay bedtime. But does anyone know of, herbal stuff to use...I won't be responding due to the onslaught of sleepiness.

can help - at least it helped me. GABA helped a friend of mine. Professional Complementary Health Formulas makes something called Serotonin Dopamine Liquescence - homeopathic.

No coffee. No refined sugar. Increased protein. Decreased Carbs. LOTS of leafy greens (the darker the better).
St. John's Wort is great. Kava Kava has the opposite effect on me.....it makes me anxious. But if you are taking anything else.....caerful with the St. John's Wort -- so they say.

I have found that drinking a sufficient amount of alcohol, leads to a state not unlike drunkenness.

I've heard that works good, I can tell you it stinks and tastes terrible. I only tried it once so because I can't stand icky things. And chamomile tea, but I don't like it either.
Here's what I do when I'm really freaking out. I make a list of every single thing I'm worrying about and stressing over. When I'm all done half the list is stuff I've put off doing, the other half is stuff I can't do anything about and the other half is complete insanity. Oh cripes, that's 3 halves...
Then I throw it all in the air and say 'fuck it'. Better for another month or two!
