I should probably be in therapy, but I'm too much of a coward.

5. I feel I need to take myself out back and kick my ass |

Just sayin'...things aren't where I want them to be, and I'm not Jean Luc Picard...I can't make some half-assed gesture and mumble "Make it so, Number One," because I'm Number One.
I feel that life is doin' a Kurt Russell on me...that scene in Tombstone where he's slapping Billy Bob Thornton around, telling him to "Throw DOWN, boy...skin that smokewagon and see what it gets you"...and Thornton doesn;t fight back, and he finally says "Are you gonna do something or just stand there and bleed?"
I'm bleeding and I need to stop standing there and start doing something. That's how I feel about me.

7. I'm not too bad I guess |

I had a dream last night that I was invited to the Royal wedding and I was somehow related to the royal family. I guess I'm fancy that way.

8. Kinda Zen these days, actually. |

Sometimes delighted, sometimes crappy. Not always satisfied. but sometimes. Wish I could magically make my resistance to things that would help me a lot go away. But there's nothing like being a therapist to make you realize that people, for the most part, are just trying, like I am. Sometimes it's too hard, but usually when you get brave enough to face your demons you find they're not demons...they're just stuff, and you might change them and you might not. It's been my experience that most people, if they stick with it long and hard enough, can improve their lives a lot.
Me too. And man, do I have a long way to go. LOL!

Many people think anything bad or a hard time, a person has, is 'their' demons.
Most of the time it is minions under oppression sent from someone else in the form of a curse, why it is really mean to curse.
It is the same thing, take something from someone, then they say it must be becuase that person is under some divine cursed. When the action can not be defended by teachings of what that means. And there hardship is caused by the person that wants to be able to justify some unfair situation.
It is no different then the circular logic of having, defending the right to have.
Hurt someone, then say they were hurt becuase they were suppose to be, it is a form of claiming to be like God also.
It messes people up, it allows them to rationalize doing anything without law or any moral sense of what is right or wrong.
And I am due beer and travel money.
