1. unlikely
Unless you are a person of public interest that is recognized and say something really dumb. The judges aren't stupid and have probably seen every trick you would think of to try and get out of it. I'm sure have some tricks of their own if they think you are messing with them.

2. There is just about nothing you can say that will get you out of jury duty.
I know. I have tried. Fortunately, now I am too old. I received a jury duty notice last year. The notice said that if you are 70 years or older, you do not have to serve. I got out of it because I am 72. That's one of the advantages of getting old.

3. They asked me if I could be fair, just and reasonable
I said I had no problem with fair and just however I was menopausal and therefore not promising anyone reasonable.

They picked me anyway.

5. They won't take me.
I want to serve as my employer full-pays for jury duty and other civil service. I can't get picked. I've tried.

6. You probably won't have a good excuse for the judge to get dismissed.
However, when the prosecution is asking you questions when deciding to dismiss you, just answer in the best way you can to get to result you want.

Personally, I wouldn't mind serving on a jury. It could end up being a case where jury nullification is the right thing to do.
