2. When I was showing horses one the best things was
A big bucket of ice water. I'd take my boots and socks off, roll up my jeans and stick my feet in. Yeah, I'd also use a bandana to sponge some over my face and neck, but after being in boots all day, getting my hot swollen feet into that ice water was heaven.

4. I use them...and love them!
I have several ... it takes about 20 minutes for them to plump up and depending on the heat and humidity, can last 30 minutes to several hours.

I wear one around my neck when I go walking in the North Texas mornings in July and August...couldn't do more than a mile without it. If it is really hot you can "flip" it over and use the other side for cooling your skin.

We did an outdoor event where we sold them, it was at a lake, end of June and the temp hit 102 by 4pm, I had one around my neck and one around each wrist (I get heat stroke pretty easy so I have to make sure to stay cool as I don't sweat as much as most people). It helped tremendously to get through a Texas summer day at the lake!

Let me know if you have any questions!

6. Great question.
Do you want me to rob a bank? Would that make you happy, if I proved I can, by doing something I think is wrong?

It would not make me happy.

Although I don't think banks should be robbing people like they have been doing for years. That needs to change. They should supply a service, and be much smaller. There is no excuse for someone having billions.

And those that think I am wrong by not having, if I was to 'have' by there standards, I would have to be as wrong as them, and then they would say I was in the right. Why, becuase some think having defines suppose to have.

So should I steal, or cause much harm to rich people to get money? Because I don't think that is best, and instead like to spend time finding the great stuff that is in so many places.

And I am due beer and travel money and that will be sent.

8. Florida Water is excellent. Put water & ice in a small cooler, then add about 4 caps
of Florida Water & mix well. Dip a towel into it, wring out, & place it around your neck -- it cools your entire body. Repeat as the towel loses its coolness.

The ice bandana sounds interesting, too. I'm going to google it. :)

9. Freezer pacs made to go into coolers.
I put them in my bra. They stay cold longer than a cold wet wash cloth or a frozen paper towel.

10. they are easy to make
if you have a sewing machine (you need tight stitches)

It is filled with silica gel that you can find in gardening stores. Basically when wet it grows in size and holds water (hence you put it in your soil to hold water and then you don't have to water as much).

(This is not the site I found it on before, but it gives you the basic instructions (also the pictures here are awful))
