It reminds me of when my first kitty came home from being spayed. She was taken to a low-cost clinic at the Humane Society in Columbia, SC, and was the last one they did for the day. When she got home, she was still under the influence, and could barely even move her back legs. I was warned this could happen, but it was still sad and pathetic to see her dragging herself around. I made a nice bed for her, but she kept trying to get up on my bed. So, I just put her up there, where she spent the night. The next day, she ran around like a lunatic, despite my attempts at trying to keep her quiet.

2. Didja notice that glassy eyed look? |

Exactly how Pickles always seemed to look. Seriusly. I would see her eyes and just knew there were downers involved.
