Anyone else have a JP Morgan Chase card hacked in the last few days?

Anyone else have a JP Morgan Chase card hacked in the last few days?
Someone is using my card number in Australia and New Jersey. It started yesterday. Wondering where the hack occurred, i.e. at a vendor such as Amazon or Sony Playstation or at the bank itself. If anyone else has the same thing happen, I would love to hear, in case it is a massive hack and not an isolated case.
