6. I made an incredible Cheeseburger...
with a sandwich bun I baked myself. Organic meat was well-salted, grilled, medium/medium rare. Topped it with melted Gruyere, red onion and Dijon mustard.

Holy cow -- it was delicious.

Mine was the chicken chipolte on flat bread.

But still!

And yes, I usually get two days out of mine as well.

It's a case of 5 bucks going a long way.

19. Small Asian chicken salad and a cup of onion soup.
Drank a big mug of iced tea with it all. Really tasty stuff...


Dinner tonight was a trip back to my childhood summer foods: fried bologna on a white bun with a huge slice of fresh picked tomato, corn on the cob, cantaloupe, and iced tea. I ate WAY too much and I'm miserable now.
