1. Russell by miles and miles. Denis is a fantastic actor and I really liked

Talbot as well though he wasn't a villain those two rocked last season.

2. I have to agree.

I still believe that scene where he broadcast himself on the nighttime news was among the best that True Blood has had yet. And yes, that actor (Dennis O'Hare?) is amazing!

6. After the latest episode...

Marnie.

There was this great "oh fuck!" emotion on Jesus's face when he realized that Marnie, not Antonia, was the one who was really the ideologue, in control and willing to kill a lot of people to eradicate the vampires. He, like the audience, assumed that Antonia was calling the shots (as Marnie had never said a whole lot about vampires) and as soon as Jesus exorcised her things would revert. The revelation that Marnie was the one who was extreme and that Antonia was moderating and looking for a solution that would spare human lives totally flipped the script on the assumed endgame of the season.

Now exorcising Antonia isn't going to be enough, Marnie has to die and the only ones really capable of it are Jesus and Lafayette. We see the teaser for next week and it shows the vamps going all vamp special forces on Marnie's shop...but I get the feeling they're going to fail and be in over their heads. Sookie has only remote control of her powers and the Weres aren't getting involved (and if they do it's gonna get bloody.)

15. I agree that Marnie is getting more and more interesting.

By the end of the season, she just might be my favorite. I've had a feeling for a while that Marnie was the one calling the shots. Her dynamic with Antonia is extremely interesting. I'm really looking forward to the next couple episodes.

I totally fell in love with her after her role as Admiral Cain in "Battlestar Galactica." I voted for Russell in the poll, but Maryann is a close second for me. :hi:
