De-bellyfying. My progress.
As a result of being unemployed, I had a really poor diet and suffered from depression. I put huge amounts of weight on. I lucked out by getting a good job where I could afford to eat well and it allowed me to rebuild my confidence. Here are my before and after photos of me sailing.

4. That is me in Norfolk 2010
and me in Birmingham 2011.
I was 25 stone in Norfolk, down to 18 now, so still a lot to go.

The beard was cute though. You should keep it.

The sea lions are also cute, but you shouldn't keep them. They make lousy house pets. Wet trails throughout the house.... it's a mess.
