7. leftovers.. sliced kielbasa sauted with onions s&p, paprika
alongside a puff pastry shell filled with leftover mix of spinach, ricotta & pine nuts. My boys love improv..


(cleaning out the fridge while Mr Banana is out of town)

chow mein, re-fried, with hot garlic chili sauce. It was awesome. I like to make them so they get
nice and crispy..sometimes I add Chinese yellow curry. (Its different then Indian curry.)

24. sort of fake Asian stir fry
2 pork chops cut up, big pile of leftover broccoli, 4 onions cut in big pieces, a can each of bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, some frozen spinach all in a brown sauce made from turkey broth, soy sauce, sherry, garlic, ginger, sugar and a bit of Worcestershire (no oyster sauce left)

all over white rice

it wasn't too bad but needed some celery or cabbage or something else like that - bean sprouts maybe
