My body has decided to reject Daylight Savings time |
|
It really enjoyed that first morning of the extra hour of sleep, then sort of grudgingly went along with the next week of the new regime, but yesterday it was wide awake at the old hour and today half an hour of the old hour. Hmmm.

1. Mine's doing the same. Instead of waking up at 4:00, I'm waking up at 3:00. Fucks me up. |
|
And my pill schedule is all off. Shit, is it time for a drink yet?

2. I'm good with it. The dog however, not so much. |

Instead of waking up and insisting he go out at 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning, now its 4:30 or 5:00. Yeah.
At least it gives me an extra hour in the morning to catch up on housework before I have to go to work.

I get up and go to bed earlier during the fall and winter. When DST rolls by, my body is still on standard time, in that I'm out of bed about an hour later than the clock on the wall.
