Woohoo! My Cholesterol is down 15 points!! |

I was just over the edge at 203 and that was about 6 months ago.
Now mind you I'm not the healthiest of people but I did start eating more fish and taking Fish Oil Supplements.
My other numbers improved but weren't in the optimum level but still it was a big improvement for me

I think my biggest disappointment was when I ate oatmeal for breakfast every single day for 6 months and my cholesterol went UP.

I went to a couple of different doctors who told me to start drinking red wine, which did bring it up a little. You might consider that in addition to what you're already doing.
