Protest Bush's Visit to Allentown PA Tomorrow (Friday 10/1)
President Bush will visit Allentown PA Friday afternoon 10/1 in the Lehigh Parkway off of 15th St./S. Jefferson St.

To protest, we will be meeting at Victory '04 Allentown Headquarters at 1255 South Cedar Crest Blvd, Suite 1700, starting at 9:00am, and proceed from there. Please call us at 610-871-3101 with any questions.

2. 14,000 at Kerry Rally in Allentown
There were 14,000 at Kerry's rally in Allentown a few weeks ago, which was well organized at a fairgrounds. They are predicting 10,000 at this Bush rally - but it will be a mess - one two lane road in, almost no parking and its all mud from a big storm two days ago. Maybe our Democratic Mayor isn't so stupid after all.

3. Man, this makes me miss it out there even more....
..I have a lot of good memories from my 8 years in that town.

And now I'm in repub central in Morris County NJ.

4. Everyone else from New Jersey has already moved here
It seems half the people from New Jersey has already moved to the Lehigh Valley to save 50% on housing prices.

5. I would never want that commute....
I also work with a lot of people that live out that way. But as much as I love the area, I just couldn't add that commute time to my day.

But if I found a comparable job out that way I'd move back in a heartbeat.
