The message is simple: Tom DeLay is an embarrassment. He operates the most corrupt money-for-influence machine in Washington. And he abuses the power of his office--in one case sending the Homeland Security forces after his political opponents.

His top aides have been arrested and indicted. Even his own colleagues on the Ethics Committee (many of them recipients of DeLay machine money) documented his wrongdoing--but they failed to hold him accountable.

The email leaves out, and Atrios points out, that there are only five Republicans who haven't received money from DeLay. In short, if your Representative is Republican, he's probably taken DeLay cash. I suggest call them on it.

The Richard Morrison campaign is doing very well here in Houston.
Despite their obvious funding disadvantage. The local paper, the Houston Chronicle has recommended Morrison.
