That last url obviously was out of context (locked thread), but I received this e-mail tonight from someone called Lovearth Network Mark Elsis.

It reads:

ON EDIT, They included http://www.iacenter.org/012000_endr.htm, apparently they organized this one. Sorry, my eyes are bloodshot from no sleep, it's just that finally it looks as if someone is organizing something. But who is this Mark Elsis ?

ON EDIT: Okay, I looked up Mark Elsis on google, pretty impressive, I'll read it all tomorrow.

The International Action Center, or ANSWER, did not organize the content of http://www.counter-inaugural.org . http://www.counter-inaugural.org is the website surrounding all the actions against Bush's inauguration, not just ANSWER's.

All that I know, is that I received the email late last night. I was confused also, but reading it again it looks as if there is beaucoup organization which includes housing and info center for demonstrations in other cities that day also.
