Gannongate skirmish won, the war rages on. What to do going forward.

Until last night, the only MSM news coverage of Gannongate was printee February 2 by the Boston Globe's Charlie Savage and Alan Wirzbicki. Since then I have been tracking developents in the MEDIA forum: "MSM is AWOL on Gannongate" - http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=109&topic_id=18103&mesg_id=18103

DU, KOS and other forums and bloggers made a significant contribution in the struggle agains *'s media propaganda machine.

The battle was won but the fight is not over. Read the MSM stories, they barely scratch the surface; we know they go much deeper. Going forward, this is what we need to do:

1. Write to the reporters who have written the articles that listed in "MSM is AWOL on Gannongate". Ask them to keep up the good work.
2. Insure our friends and neighbors read the MSM coverage.
3. Tell the same that there is much more.
4. If your local newspaper has not given any coverage to this scandal, write a polite letter to the news editor.
5. Educate the public - write letters to the editor.
6. Educate reporters - share what we know and insure more is printed.

Keep on keeping on.
